Event Tracking, Timing & Safety

  • International - Dot Track Asia’s HQ is in Hong Kong allowing for strong connections across Asia to deliver tracking

  • Experience - We’ve been managing and delivering events since 2012 and providing our tracking service since 2018. We know events.

  • Events - We’ve provided tracking to multi-day ultra events, open water paddling, individual challenges, scout excursions, Duke of Edinburgh challenges and Formula 1 courtesy car management.

If think you need or would like to explore tracking or an event you’re unsure would be possible, drop us a note. Our platform is adaptable and we’d love to make it work.

  • 1 to 1,000 trackers, small to large events are all possible. Participants are shown a small dots that move automatically to show the latest location of the participant.

  • The trackers are small robust and light (only 90g) black units that work across Asia. They can be attached to a runner, installed on a boat or held

  • Live tracking adds an increasingly important layer of safety, especially for those open water events.

    Trackers can have the SOS button enabled which provides the organiser with GPS coordinates (with a link to google maps) of the participant thus allowing an organiser to respond immediately

  • DotTrack Asia can provide a combined or stand-alone timing platform for any size of event. From 10K to multi-day ultra marathons our barcode scanning provides accurate timing on a live platform

  • Our timing platform is able to integrate 3rd party timing systems (eg. Raceresults / MyLaps)
